I’m Heather — an artist and home cook who’s always been curious about what it really means to live well. For me, wellness isn’t about perfection or endless routines — it’s about slowing down, enjoying what you eat, and finding moments of calm in the middle of everyday life.

Like many of us, I’ve spent years trying to find balance — learning how to eat in a way that feels nourishing, building habits that actually last, and finding peace through mindfulness and meditation.
